During our time working together I’ve not only seen his professional growth and his substantial contributions firsthand, but had n amazing time working together in coming up with really innovative approaches to some really tough problems, all throughout which he kept an amazing and helpful attitude.   • Xav is a one man army. A creative developer with expertise in 3D, coding and starting in VFX. Xav is eager to learn new things, explore new tools, workflows and technologies. In his first weeks he built an entire Spatial.io world by himself using our office floor plan and multiple new AI tools for visual inspiration.   • Xav and I worked together on several projects signed by Petaverse and I was lucky to call him my coworker. He consistently gave 100 percent effort to the project and played a significant role in the final result. That is also because his industry knowledge is a huge +. Xav's enthusiasm in the industry is a driving force, his 3D knowledge remarkable, with strong interest in web3, NFTs artists, able to catch trends, outstanding knowledge of the games world, using critical thinking in every aspect of the project development. Xav came up with creative solutions to difficult tasks. I remember once he was the main core of a story-board, I was just listening to his thoughts in a meeting, got inspired and tried to put everything on paper, after this he jumped in 3D to reproduce the elements. It a nice teamwork. His amazing passion for gaming industry and web3 is ideally suited for the project development.
