I’m Xavier Larcombe (Xav), a creative technologist specialising in immersive, real-time experiences across AR, VR and interactive 3D. Over the past 8 years, I’ve worked across education, games, advertising and large scale live environments, operating at the intersection of creative direction, engineering and visual design.
My background spans real-time development, 3D production and interactive systems design, allowing me to move fluidly from concept to execution. This includes Apple App of the Day educational experiences, viral AR projects reaching 55+ million plays in 7 days, and technically complex installations delivered across international markets.
I’m often brought in where ideas need structure, translating creative ambition into robust, scalable systems through a balance of code, design and spatial thinking. Having worked across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, I focus on building immersive work that is intentional, technically sound, and emotionally resonant.
